The project will be implemented in Piski county, woj. warm.-mazur. The project consists of combining the experience of 2 Partners and using traditions with an active and creative formula for providing tourist services, which enables the creation and implementation of a new and unique offer in the area of family and water tourism. An important element will be the exploitation of the potential of both companies, as well as the attractive location of tourist facilities. Partners intend to implement 10 packages at the disposal of the angler/tourist-for anglers – Package for anglers (B), Package for anglers (C), Package for anglers (D), Package for anglers (Z), Package for anglers (S) and for tourists-package for tourists (A), Package for tourists (C), Package for tourists (D), Package for tourists (PC), Package for tourists (PD). These packages contain a total of 10 different services (in each package from 6 to 7 services) jointly prepared by the Partners. The packages developed include, among others, renting an electric boat, servicing and organising fishing competitions, fishing courses and trainings, excursions on lakes, guided tours, hotel and catering services. The project aims to create a network of vehicles operating in Masurian lakes, many of which are covered by a quiet zone. It is a zone where the movement of combustion-powered units is prohibited. In view of the above,Partners plan to purchase the necessary equipment to bring new services to the market. In addition, they are planned to implement organizational innovations related to the use of IT platform for equipment management, sales, billing, as well as monitoring of use. The project therefore fits into the Objective theme. 3. Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie powiatu piskiego, woj. warm.-mazur. Projekt polega na połączeniu doświadczenia 2 Partnerów i wykorzystania tradycji z aktywną i kreatywną formułą prowadzenia usług turystycznych, co umożliwia stworzenie i wdrożenie nowej i unikatowej oferty w obszarze turystyki rodzinnej i wodnej. Istotnym elementem będzie wykorzystanie posiadanego potencjału przez obie firmy,związan. z atrakcyjnym położeniem obiektów turystycznych. Partnerzy zamierzają wdrożyć 10 pakietów do dyspozycji wędkarza/turysty-dla wędkarzy-Pakiet dla wędkarzy (B),Pakiet dla wędkarzy (C),Pakiet dla wędkarzy (D),Pakiet dla wędkarzy (Z),Pakiet dla wędkarzy (S) oraz Dla turystów-Pakiet dla turystów (A),Pakiet dla turystów (C),Pakiet dla turystów (D),Pakiet dla turystów (PC),Pakiet dla turystów (PD). Pakiety te zawierają łącznie 10 różnych usług (w każdym pakiecie od 6 do 7 usług) wspólnie przygotowanych przez Partnerów. Opracowane pakiety obejmują m.in. wynajęcie łódki elektrycznej, obsługę i organizację zawodów wędkarskich, kursy i szkolenia wędkarskie, wycieczki po jeziorach,także z przewodnikiem, usługi hotelowe i gastronomiczne. Projekt ma na celu stworzenie sieci pojazdów pływających na jeziorach mazurskich,z których wiele objętych jest strefą ciszy. Jest to strefa,na której jest zakaz poruszania się jednostek z napędem spalinowym. W związku z powyższym,Partnerzy planują dokonać zakupów niezbędnego wyposażenia do wprowadzenia nowych usług na rynek. Dodatkowo,planowane są do wdrożenia innowacje organizacyjne,związane z wykorzystaniem platformy informatycznej do zarządzania sprzętem,sprzedażą, rozliczeniami,a także monitoringu użytkowania. Projekt wpisuje się zatem w Cel temat. 3.
