Zakres projektu obejmuje: • wykonanie robót remontowo - budowlanych (w tym: modernizacyjnych, instalacyjnych) mających na celu zagospodarowanie pomieszczeń poradni położniczo-ginekologicznej, • zakup i dostawę niezbędnego wyposażenia (środków trwałych), w tym sprzętu medycznego na potrzeby świadczenia specjalistycznych usług medycznych w ramach opieki nad matką z dzieckiem. W ramach inwestycji zostanie zapewniony nadzór inwestorski oraz promocja. Celem głównym projektu jest: poprawa efektywność systemu ochrony zdrowia poprzez podniesienie jakości i dostępności usług medycznych świadczonych przez Samodzielny Publiczny ZOZ Gminny Ośrodek Zdrowia w Konopiskach poprzez przeprowadzenie niezbędnych prac remontowo – budowlanych oraz zakup nowoczesnego sprzętu medycznego.
