    Projekt jest odpowiedzią na potrzeby w zakresie przeciwdziałania wykluczeniu społecznemu dzieci, które m.in. z uwagi na deficyty zdrowotne, rozwojowe i emocjonalne są grupą szczególnie narażoną na marginalizację. W swoich założeniach projekt ma również wspierać proces deinstytucjonalizacji usług świadczonych na rzecz dzieci pozbawionych opieki rodzicielskiej. Oczekiwane rezultaty mają zostać osiągnięte poprzez: -wdrażanie ponadstandardowych, specjalistycznych usług diagnostycznych, terapeutycznych, rehabilitacyjnych i poradniczych dla dzieci, kandydatów, rodziców adopcyjnych oraz rodziców biolog. oddających dzieci do adopcji, które przyczynią się do zapobiegania umieszczeniu dzieci w instytucjonalnych formach pieczy zastępczej -podnoszenie kompetencji pracowników ośrodków adopcyjnych oraz innych podmiotów zaangażowanych w proces adopcji, w celu realizacji wysokiej jakości usług społecznych -wdrażanie rozwiązań służących rozwijaniu współpracy podmiotów zaangażowanych w proces adopcji.
