Celem głównym Projektu jest podniesienie/zmiana/nabycie nowych kwalifikacji zawodowych wśród 96 (50K i 46M) osób dorosłych z terenu województwa świętokrzyskiego zgłaszających z własnej inicjatywy chęć kształcenia formalnego, poprzez udział w kwalifikacyjnych kursach zawodowych, zakończonych egzaminami potwierdzającymi uzyskanie kwalifikacji w zawodach istotnych na rynku pracy do końca czerwca 2020 roku. Na rynku woj.świętokrzyskiego wśród najbardz.poszukiwanych zawodów znalazły się: operator obrabiarek CNC, kucharz, grafik komputerowy czy opiekunka osób starszych. Dlatego ZDZ zaplanował realizację wsparcia w postaci 6 rodzajów kwalifikacyjnych kursów zawodowych (KKZ) reprezentujących inteligentne i horyzontalne specjalizacje WŚ a także z tzw. "białego" i "srebrnego” sektora gospodarki (UŻYTKOWANIE OBRABIAREK SKRAWAJĄCYCH, SPORZĄDZANIE POTRAW I NAPOJÓW, PRZYGOTOWYWANIE ORAZ WYKONYWANIE PRAC GRAFICZNYCH I PUBLIKACJI CYFROWYCH, DRUKOWANIE CYFROWE I OBRÓBKA DRUKÓW, ŚWIADCZENIE USŁUG OPIEKUŃCZYCH OSOBIE CHOREJ I NIESAMODZIELNEJ) dla Grupy Docelowej jaką jest 96 dorosłych osób w wieku 18 lat i więcej (w tym 50K i 46 M) mieszkańców woj. świętokrzyskiego, którzy są z własnej inicjatywy zainteresowani uzyskaniem kwalifikacji zawodowych. Przed rozpoczęciem wsparcia szkoleniowego każdy z UP będzie objęty indywidualną diagnozą zapotrzebow., tak by wsparcie było jak najbardziej adekwatne i dostosow.do UP.
