The project assumes the implementation of information and communication technologies in PPHU Macrosat Krzysztof Kacprowicz, operating in the voivodship, providing services to Internet, TV and telephony. Within the framework of the project, the company implements solutions which are intended to contribute to the improvement of the management processes of the company, to carry out broad management analyses, the circulation of information in the company between employees, operation of network failures, network passporting, ordering and payment by customers, and digitisation of archival content. Project phases and method of implementation of the material scope: 1. selection of suppliers in accordance with the principle of competitiveness and signing of contracts – 10.2017 2.receipt from system and equipment providers (from one provider a program for digitisation, reproduction and emissions together with server and disk matrix/registrator and from the other information and communication system to management of the enterprise together with server and gate of sms) – 10.2017-11.2018r 3.location of solutions in the company and installation of the program for digitisation and information-communication system on server and computer. The school will be held at the headquarters of the company during working hours. — 01.2018-11.2018 5. Finish. realiz.proj. 11.2018 The project is consistent with the assumptions and objectives of the WiM RPO for the Axis. Projekt zakłada wdrożenie technologii informacyjno – komunikacyjnych w firmie PPHU Macrosat Krzysztof Kacprowicz działającej w województwie w-m, świadczącej usługi dostępu do Internetu, TV i telefonii. W ramach realizowanego projektu firma wdraża rozwiązania, które mają przyczynić się do usprawnienia procesów zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem, dokonywania szeroko pojętych analiz zarządczych, obiegu informacji w przedsiębiorstwie pomiędzy pracownikami, obsługi awarii sieci, paszportyzacji sieci, dokonywania zamówień i płatności przez klientów oraz digitalizacji treści archiwalnych. Etapy projektu i sposób wdrażania zakresu rzeczowego: 1.wybór dostawców zgodnie z zasadą konkurencyjności i podpisanie umów - 10.2017 2.odbiór od dostawców systemów i urządzeń (od jednego dostawcy program do digitalizacji, odtwarzania i emisji wraz z serwerem i macierzą dyskową/rejestrator a od drugiego system informacyjno-komunikacyjny do zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem wraz z serwerem i bramką sms) - 10.2017- 11.2018r 3.ulokowanie urządzeń w firmie oraz zainstalowanie programu do digitalizacji oraz systemu inform-komunik na serwerze i wszystkich komputerach - 10.2017- 11.2018r 4.przeprowadzenie promocji (opracowanie kamp.promoc. i przeprowadz.kamp. na portalach społ, str.www i przez ulotki) i szkolenia (przeszkol. wszystkich pracowników z poszczególnych funkcjonalności i użytkowania wdrożonych rozwiązań).
