Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenia liczby ludności korzystającej z systemu oczyszczania ścieków na terenie aglomeracji Nowa Słupia oraz poprawa dostępu do infrastruktury wodno - kanalizacyjnej. Działania projektowe obejmują: 1. budowę kanalizacji sanitarnej w miejscowości Jeziorko o łącznej długości około 7,21 km, 2. budowę kanalizacji sanitarnej w miejscowości Dębno w systemie grawitacyjno – tłocznym o łącznej długości około 7,18 km, 3. budowę oczyszczalni ścieków w obrębie geodezyjnym Mirocice, 4. budowę tłoczni ścieków i rurociągu tłocznego PE O 90 o długości 1.88 km w Starych Baszowicach, 5. budowę sieci wodociągowej z Mirociac do Jeziorka o długości 1,42 km z hydrofornia sieciową i zbiornikami wyrównawczymi, 6. modernizację oczyszczalni ścieków w Starej Słupi, 7. budowę stacji uzdatniania wody, 8. budowę kanalizacji w m. Nowa Słupia ul. Chełmowa -2,47 km, 9. zakup monitoringu sieci (SCAD), zakupie system informacji geograficznej (GIS) do zarządzania siecią kanalizacyjną. Wskaźniki: 1. Liczba dodatkowych osób korzystających z ulepszonego oczyszczania ścieków (CI 19) - 1330; 2. Wielkość ładunku ścieków poddanych ulepszonemu oczyszczaniu [RLM] - 2419; 3. Liczba wybudowanych oczyszczalni ścieków komunalnych -1; 4. Liczba przebudowanych oczyszczalni ścieków komunalnych -1; 4. Liczba dodatkowych osób korzystających z ulepszonego zaopatrzenia w wodę [osoby] - 1246; 5. Długość wybudowanej sieci wodociągowej -1,42; 6. Długość wybudowanej kanalizacji sanitarnej -18,74. Cele projektu oraz zaplanowane w nim do realizacji działania są zgodnie z celami szczegółowymi wyznaczonymi dla 4 Osi Priorytetowej RPO WŚ 2014- 2020 oraz z celami szczegółowymi zdefiniowanymi dla Działania 4.3.
