Before the project is a creation. Polmlek Zakład Mleczarski Lidzbark Warm. The project will result in the purchase of equipment in the form of a process line of raw milk processing necessary for conducting research based on the research agenda prepared in cooperation with UWM. The Centre will be set up to carry out innovative research on the basis of the Research Agenda developed, by a research team, in cooperation with researchers. The purpose of this project is to examine the impact of the double bactofugation process and the different parameters of the pasteurisation process on the possibility of producing cheeses without preservatives. To obtain the Work Agenda described and adopted in the schedule, the Applicant shall purchase the CIS and the equipment, apparatus and machinery and equipment necessary for conducting the research. The project implemented by the Company is in line with the assumptions set out in SZOOP for Axis I Intelligent Management of Warmia and Mazury, which recognises as the objective of sub-measurement the growth of innovation of companies in the areas of smart specialisation due to R & D activities. The applicant is a representative of two industries known as intelligent specialisations of Warmia and Mazury of high-quality food and water economy. The project will contribute to increasing the share of innovative companies operating in Warmia-Mazury voivodship thanks to their R & D activities. Innovation confirmed by an independent opinion. As part of the project, the applicant established cooperation with both a researcher and a research unit. The research will be conducted under the leadership of an experienced researcher. Polmlek, as a major economic operator, will ensure diffusion of the results of the R & D activities to their final users and stated that the implementation of the project will not result in a decrease in the number of jobs in existing locations within the EU and is ready for implementation.     Przedm. projektu jest utworz. Centrum Badawczo-Rozwojowego Spółki Polmlek Zakład Mleczarski Lidzbark Warm. W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi zakup urządzeń w postaci linii procesowej obróbki mleka surowego niezbędnych do prowadzenia badań w oparciu o przygotowaną we współpracy z UWM Agendę badawczą. Centrum zostanie utworzone w celu prowadzenia innowacyjnych badań w oparciu o opracowaną Agendę Badawczą, przez zespół badawczy, we współpracy z pracownikami naukowymi. Przedmiotowy projekt ma na celu zbadanie wpływu podwójnego procesu baktofugacji oraz zróżnicowanych parametrów procesu pasteryzacji na możliwość produkcji serów bez konserwantów. Do uzyskania opisanych i przyjętych w harmonogramie Agendy prac Wnioskodawca zakupi WNP oraz sprzęt, aparaturę i maszyny i urządzenia niezbędne do prowadzenia badań. Projekt realizowany przez Spółkę wpisuje się w założenia określone w SZOOP dla Osi I Inteligentna gospodarka Warmii i Mazur, który jako cel poddziałania uznaje wzrost innowacyjności firm w obszarach inteligentnych specjalizacji dzięki działalności badawczo-rozwojowej. Wnioskodawca jest przedstawicielem dwóch branż określanych jako inteligentne specjalizacje Warmii i Mazur żywność wysokiej jakości oraz ekonomia wody. Projekt przyczyni się do zwiększenia odsetka firm innowacyjnych funkcjonujących w województwie warmińsko-mazurskim dzięki ich działalności badawczo-rozwojowej. Innowacja potwierdzona niezależną opinią. W ramach projektu Wnioskodawca założył współpracę zarówno z pracownikiem naukowym jak też z jednostką naukową. Badania będą prowadzone pod kierownictwem doświadczonego pracownika naukowego. Polmlek jako duży podmiot gospodarczy zapewni dyfuzję wyników prowadzonej działalności badawczo-rozwojowej do ich ostatecznych użytkowników oraz oświadczył, że realizacja projektu nie spowoduje spadku liczby miejsc pracy w istniejących lokalizacjach na terytorium UE i jest gotowy do realizacji.
