Projekt swym zakresem obejmuje termomodernizację połączoną z wymianą źródeł ciepła w 3 budynkach należących do gm. Skalbmierz. Zespół Placówek Oświatowych w Skalbmierzu-projekt obejmuje wymianę stolarki okien. i drzwiowej, docieplenie ścian zewnętrzn., stropów i poddaszy, wymianę instalacji c.o.i wymianę pieców węglowych na OZE w postaci pompy ciepła. Zespół Szkół w Topoli-projekt obejmuje wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, stropów i poddaszy, wymianę instalacji c.o.i wymianę pieców węglowych na piec na pellet. Budynek administracyjno-biurowy przy ul. Szkolnej w Skalbmierzu w którym mieści się MGOK i Biblioteka i lokale biurowe, które Gmina wynajmuje różnym instytucjom- projekt obejmuje wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, docieplenie ścian zewnętrzn., stropów i poddaszy, wymianę instalacji c.o.i wymianę pieców węglowych na piec na pellet.
