Projekt dotyczy podwyższenia jakości i atrakcyjności usług edukacyjnych poprzez realizację programów i zajęć rozwijających kompetencje kluczowe (KK) i przygotowujących w przyszłości do aktywnego i efektywnego uczestnictwa na rynku pracy. Grupę Docelową stanowi 165 uczniów(U) 113 kobiet(K) i 52 mężczyzn(M); 40 nauczycieli(N) 27 K i 13 M z Zespołu Szkół Agrotechnicznych i Ogólnokształcących. Zadania: Kształtowanie i rozwijanie u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy, tworzenie w szkołach warunków do nauczania opartego na metodzie eksperymentu, zajęcia z uczniami z orzeczeniem o potrzebie kształcenia specjalnego, szkolenia dla nauczycieli. Wskaźniki kluczowe: Liczba uczniów, którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe po opuszczeniu programu, liczba nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu. The project concerns increasing the quality and attractiveness of educational services through programmes and activities developing key competences (KK) and preparing in the future for active and effective participation in the labour market. The target group consists of 165 pupils(U) 113 women(K) and 52 men(M); 40 teachers (N) 27 K and 13 M from the Agrotechnical and General Education Schools. Tasks: Developing and developing key competences in the labour market for pupils, creating conditions for teaching in schools based on the experimental method, classes with pupils with a ruling on the need for special education, training for teachers.
