Projekt dotyczy podwyższenia jakości i atrakcyjności usług edukacyjnych poprzez realizację programów i zajęć rozwijających kompetencje kluczowe (KK) i przygotowujących w przyszłości do aktywnego i efektywnego uczestnictwa na rynku pracy. Grupę Docelową stanowi 165 uczniów(U) 113 kobiet(K) i 52 mężczyzn(M); 40 nauczycieli(N) 27 K i 13 M z Zespołu Szkół Agrotechnicznych i Ogólnokształcących. Zadania: Kształtowanie i rozwijanie u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy, tworzenie w szkołach warunków do nauczania opartego na metodzie eksperymentu, zajęcia z uczniami z orzeczeniem o potrzebie kształcenia specjalnego, szkolenia dla nauczycieli. Wskaźniki kluczowe: Liczba uczniów, którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe po opuszczeniu programu, liczba nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu.
