Projekt PKDS zakłada skut., akt. int. społ. i zaw., poprzez wzrost samodzielności oraz zmniejszenie dystansu do zatr. os. z niep. oraz os. z ot. os. z niep. zamieszkujących subregion półn. woj. śl.,w okresie 1.01.2018-31.12.2019r., poprzez uzyskanie kwalifikacji przez 6 ON (3K, 3M), poszukiwanie pracy przez 30 uczest. (16K, 14M) oraz podjęcie zatrudnienia 6 uczest. proj. (3K, 3M). Udział w proj. realizowany będzie w oparciu o przygotowaną przez Psychologa oraz Doradcę Zawodowego ścieżkę reintegracji, określającą indywidualne potrzeby uczest. oraz nakreślającą ścieżkę wsparcia przy możliwości skorzystania z: A. 7 pracowni warsztatowych, B. 1 mieszkania treningowego, Krótkoterminowego Pobytu Interwencyjnego, C. reh. społecznej, D. wsparcia społecznego dla otoczenia osób z niepełnosprawnością.
