Projekt z zakresu wsparcia społeczno-zawodowego wykorzystujący potencjał istniejącego Klubu Integracji Społecznej MOPR w Bytomiu. Zakres rzeczowy obejmuje usługi aktywnej integracji dostosowane do indywidualnych potrzeb uczestniczek/-ów, np. wsparcie psychologiczne, doradcze, prawne, pracę socjalną, treningi kompetencji społecznych, naukę obsługi komputera, dostosowanie kwalifikacji zawodowych do potrzeb rynku pracy, działania środowiskowe. Zakłada udział 60 osób z obszaru rewitalizacji w Bytomiu, korzystających z pomocy społecznej. Efektem będzie podniesienie kwalifikacji, poszukiwanie pracy oraz podjęcie pracy przez część uczestników/-czek. Projekt przyczyni się do osiągnięcia wskaźników: l. o. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu, l. o. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu, l. o. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym pracujących po opuszczeniu programu.
