Celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępu do wysokiej jakości edukacji przedszkolnej poprzez utworzenie 43 nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego w PM 24 w Jaworznie, poszerzenie oferty placówki o dodatkowe zajęcia wyrównujące wraz z doposażeniem w pomoce dydaktyczne oraz utworzenie nowych miejsc pracy i doskonalenie kwalifikacji zawodowych nauczycieli. Grupę docelową stanowią dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym, w tym z orzeczeniem o potrzebie kształcenia specjalnego, nauczyciele. Wskaźnik produktu: 43 nowe miejsca wychowania przedszkolnego dofinansowane w programie, 50 dzieci objętych dodatkowymi zajęciami zwiększającymi ich szanse edukacyjne w edukacji przedszkolnej, 5 nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu.
