Projekt pn.Centrum Społecznościowe w Śródmieściu – etap I. w okresie od września 2019 do grudnia 2021 roku obejmie wsparciem osoby wykluczone i zagrożone wykluczeniem społecznym dzielnicy Śródmieście, w liczbie co najmniej 56 osób (37K,19M). Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa funkcjonowania społecznego oraz wzmocnienie potencjału społeczno - zawodowego co najmniej 56 osób (37K,19M) - wykluczonych i zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym mieszkańców dzielnicy Śródmieście, a także wzrost spójności społecznej całego obszaru.
