Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa termomodernizacja budynków użyteczności publicznej zlokalizowanych w Gminie Starcza wraz z wymianą źródeł ciepła, tj.: - Budynek użyteczności publicznej (bank) w Starczy, - Budynek OSP Łysiec, - Budynek OSP Rudnik Mały, - Budynek przedszkola w Starczy. W ramach projektu zostaną zrealizowane roboty budowlane polegające m.in. na dociepleniu ścian, stropów/dachów, podłóg wymianie okien, bram, drzwi, modernizacji instalacji c.o., c w.u. oraz źródeł ciepła - wynikające z audytów energetycznych. Zostanie zapewniony nadzór inwestorski i promocja projektu. Dodatkowo w ramach kosztów niekwalifikowanych planuje się wykonanie robót budowlano - remontowych. (Polish)

As part of the project, construction works will be carried out, consisting of, among others, insulation of walls, ceilings/roofs, floor exchanges of windows, gates, doors, modernisation of central heating installations and heat sources – resulting from energy audits. Investor supervision and project promotion will be ensured. In addition, as part of the ineligible costs, construction and renovation works are planned. (English)
