Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa termomodernizacja budynku mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego, będącego własnością Miasta Ruda Śląska. W ramach projektu nastąpi poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynku uzyskana poprzez poprawę izolacyjności przegród budowlanych w wyniku wykonania termomodernizacji polegającej na ociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych, ociepleniu stropu poddasza, ociepleniu ścian piwnic oraz wykonaniu izolacji przeciwwilgociowej budynku.
