Projekt zakłada budowę nowego 5-cio oddziałowego przedszkola wraz z salą wielofunkcyjną, zapleczami sanitarnymi, gospodarczymi i magazynowymi, przystosowanego do osób niepełnosprawnych. Projekt obejmuje również zakup nowoczesnego wyposażenia zarówno sal dydaktycznych jak i kompletne wyposażenie kuchni wraz z jej pomieszczeniami gospodarczymi i magazynowymi. Wykonane zostanie zagospodarowanie terenu, powstanie plac zabaw, ogrodzenie, zieleń, drogi, chodniki oraz oświetlenie. Dzięki zakończeniu budowy 125 dzieci będzie mogło rozpocząć edukację przedszkolną w nowoczesnym budynku przedszkola, budowa przyczyni do powstania jednego dodatkowego oddziału dla dzieci w wieku 3-4 lat, a tym samym do wzrostu upowszechniania wychowania przedszkolnego dzieci w wieku 3-4 lat w gminie wiejskiej Gorzyce, oraz wyrównanie szans edukacyjnych.
