Cel zapewnienie dostępu do miejsc przedszkolnych w nowych oddziałach OWP nr 2, 4, 11 w Świętochłowicach oraz zapewnienie wysokiej jakości kształcenia przedszkolnego poprzez wyrównywanie szans edukacyjnych dzieci o szczególnych potrzebach edukacyjnych oraz podnoszenie kwalifikacji nauczycieli w ramach realizacji zadan z zakresu pedagogiki specjalnej w OWP 9 i 12. Gr. docelowa: 75 dzieci w wieku 3-4 lata, przyjęte do nowych oddziałów, 16 dzieci z orzeczenie o potrzebie kształcenia specjalnego, 2 nauczycieli oraz 5 OWP nr 2, 4, 11 9, 12.
