Celem głównym proj. jest ułatwienie powrotu na rynek pracy 24 r/o z terenu Katowic, poprzez utworzenie i utrzymanie w okr. 01.07.2017-30.06.2019r. 12 nowych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do 3l. Grupę docelową stanowią r/o na urlopie wychowawczym, bierni zawod., bezrobotni, nie pracujący chcący powrócić na rynek pracy po url. macierz./tacierz., zatrudnieni ale zagrożeni utratą pracy ze wzgl. na konieczność opieki nad dzieckiem. W ramach zadań proj. planuje się:modernizacje, doposaż. placówki i placu zabaw, pokrycie kosztów funkcjonow. nowo utworzonej grupy oraz zajęć wspomagaj. rozwój dzieci (w tym z specjalnymi potrzebami opieki i kształc.). Gł. założenia proj. obejmują liczbę nowych miejsc opieki żłobk. dla dzieci do 3l. w tym ilość przyjętych dzieci oraz ilość r/o objętych wsparciem. Efektem działań będzie osiągniecie wskaźników:liczba osób które powróciły na rynek pracy po przerwie związ. z urodzeniem/wychow. dziecka, które znalazły pracę lub jej poszukują po opuszczeniu programu.
