Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie 02.2016-07.02017 (18 m-cy) na terenie miasta Katowice. Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na zdiagnozowane problemy dotyczące nierówności na rynku pracy w zakresie niskiej aktywności zawodowej osób sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3, w tym głównie kobiet. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie aktywności zawodowej i zatrudnienia wśród 40 osób(30K i 10M) zamieszkałych w m. Katowice: osób biernych zawodowo przebywających na urlopie wychowawczym, osób bezrobotnych oraz osób pracujących przebywających na urlopie macierzyńskim lub rodzicielskim które sprawują opiekę nad własnym/przysposobionym dzieckiem do lat 3 poprzez utworzenie 1 żłobka dla 40 dzieci w Katowicach. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje ponoszenie wydatków na utworzenie 1 żłobka, a następnie zapewnienie usług opiekuńczo-dydaktyczno-wychowawczych dla dzieci przez okres 12 m-cy. Trwałość projektu zostanie zachowana poprzez zapewnienie działania żłobka w okresie min. 24 miesięcy po projekcie. (Polish)
