Target group – 80 people. Cel – zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia 80 niezatrudnionych ON (w tym min. 60% K) z terenu woj. śląskiego w zakresie zgodnym z zapotrzebowaniem reg. rynku pracy w okresie 01/17 – 04/18. Grupa docelowa – 80 os. (48K/32M) spełniających łącznie 4 kryteria: 1. wiek powyżej 30 lat [dalej: 30+]; 2. brak zatrudnienia; 3. zamieszkanie w woj. śląskim w rozumieniu kodeksu cywilnego; 4. niepełnosprawność. Min. 56 UP stanowić będą os. niepełnosprawne bierne zaw., min. 20 UP – os. niepełnosprawne w wieku 50+, min. 70 UP – os. niepełnosprawne o niskich kwalifikacjach. Zadania realizowane w projekcie: 1. Identyfikacja potrzeb uczestników, opracowanie IPD; 2. Poradnictwo zawodowe; 3. Wysokiej jakości szkolenia i kursy zawodowe; 4. Staże zawodowe; 5. Wsparcie trenera pracy (mechanizm racjonalnych usprawnień); 6. Pośrednictwo pracy.
