Within the framework of the project, qualified persons will be provided with vocational guidance and soft competence classes, an opportunity to gain professional experience in the form of traineeships or subsidised employment, and for some of the persons with vocational training. The project will be implemented in the period 01.03.2016-28.02.2018 in the city of Siemianowice Śl. The project shall provide for employability at least at the level of: 17 % for people with disabilities, 35 % for long-term unemployed, 36 % for low-skilled people, 43 % for non-eligible people. Projekt ma na celu aktywizację zawodową 94 zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Siemianowicach Śląskich (PUP) bezrobotnych powyżej 29 roku życia, należących do jednej z poniższych grup w trudnej sytuacji: -osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, -kobiety, -osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, -osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, -osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. W ramach projektu, zakwalifikowanym osobom zostanie zapewnione poradnictwo zawodowe oraz zajęcia z kompetencji miękkich, sposobność do zdobycia doświadczenia zawodowego w postaci staży lub zatrudnienia subsydiowanego, a dla części osób szkolenia zawodowe. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie 01.03.2016 - 28.02.2018 na terenie miasta Siemianowice Śl. Projekt przewiduje efektywność zatrudnieniową na poziomie co najmniej: 17% dla os. niepełnosprawnych, 35% dla os. długotrwale bezrobotnych, 36% dla os. o niskich kwalifikacjach,j 43% dla os. niekwalifikujących się do wym. grup.
