Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa zdolności do zatrudnienia i zwiększenie kwalifikacji zawod. min. 90 osób - 90% Uczestników Projektu (UP) - (60K, 30M) bezrobotnych (49, 31K, 18M) - w tym 12, 8K, 4M długotrwale bezrobotnych oraz biernych zawodowo (41, 30K, 11M) o niskich kwalifikacjach, w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia, zamieszkujących w woj. śląskim - do 14.10.2018r. oraz aktywizacja zawodowa min. 36 (25K,11M) UP do 3 m-cy po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie. W celu osiągnięcia założeń projektu, zaplanowano w jego ramach: 1. Spotkania UP z doradcą zawodowym mające na celu udzielenie pomocy w zakresie określenia ścieżki zawodowej poprzez identyfikację potrzeb i luk kompetencyjnych oraz zdiagnozowanie możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego 2. Szkolenia z zakresu doskonalenia kompetencji społecznych oraz indywidualny coaching 3. Szkolenia i kursu zawodowe zwiększające kwalifikacje UP 4. Pośrednictwo zawodowe, pomoc w znalezieniu odpowiednich ofert pracy (Polish)
