Przedmiotem realizowanego projektu będzie rozwój procesów B2B oraz B2E w firmie Wnioskodawcy dzięki implementacji systemu informatycznego usprawniającego komunikację ze strategicznymi klientami oraz pracownikami poprzez informatyzację procesów zarządczych. W ramach realizacji planuje się nabycie: - wielomodułowego systemu zarządzania obsługą zleceń od klientów (umożliwiającego także wymianę dokumentacji w formacie EDI), logistyki (w tym: RFID formy i przepływ materiałów) oraz planowania i rozliczania produkcji, - zaawansowanego system nadzoru on-line nad realizacją produkcji, - aplikacji do tworzenia dokumentacji APQP - niezbędnej infrastruktury informatycznej oraz specjalistycznego oprogramowania serwerowego i bazodanowego. Planowane jest także przeprowadzenie specjalistycznych szkoleń z zakresu obsługi systemu informatycznego dla pracowników. Rezultatem projektu będzie wzrost zatrudnienia, zwiększenie poziomu eksportu i wejście na nowe rynki zbytu, oraz wzrost przychodów. (Polish)

The subject of the project will be the development of B2B and B2E processes in the Applicant’s company thanks to the implementation of an IT system that improves communication with strategic clients and employees through IT management processes. As part of the implementation, it is planned to acquire: — multi-module customer service management system (which also allows exchange of documentation in EDI format), logistics (including: RFID form and material flow) and production planning and accounting, – advanced on-line surveillance system for production implementation, – application for creating APQP documentation – necessary IT infrastructure and specialised server and database software. It is also planned to carry out specialised trainings in the field of operation of the IT system for employees. The result of the project will increase employment, increase the level of exports and enter new markets, and increase revenues. (English)
