Projekt ma na celu ochronę in-situ i ex-situ zagrożonych gatunków i siedlisk przyrodniczych na obszarze Parku Zwierzyniec będącego jedną z części układu krajobrazowego Parku Pszczyńskiego. W wyniku realizacji inwestycji, łączna powierzchnia siedlisk zdegradowanych łąk objętych projektem wyniesie 16 ha. W ramach projektu przewiduje się przeprowadzenie kampanii informacyjno-edukacyjnych związanej z edukacją ekologiczną oraz zakup niezbędnego sprzętu (9 szt.) do utrzymania bioróżnorodności. Wyzwaniem będzie ochrona bioróżnorodności regionu, przywrócenie właściwego stanu siedlisk przyrodniczych i gatunków, w tym poprzez rozwój odpowiedniej infrastruktury oraz prowadzenie kampanii informacyjno-edukacyjnych.
