The project is addressed to a group of 84 unemployed persons registered in PUP and professionally passive from the districts of Bytowski, Chojnicki, Człuchowski and Starygard. The main objective of the project is to activate and increase occupational mobility of 84 UP (49K) and restore them permanently to the labour market. Specific objectives of the project: 1. Increase the professional qualifications of 42UP(25K) by including vocational courses and training. 2. Projekt skierowany jest do grupy 84 osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP i biernych zawodowo z powiatów bytowskiego, chojnickiego, człuchowskiego i starogardzkiego. Głównym celem projektu jest aktywizacja zawodowa i wzrost mobilności zawodowej 84 UP (49K) oraz przywrócenie ich na stałe na rynek pracy. Cele szczegółowe przedsięwzięcia: 1. Podniesienie kwalifikacji zawodowych 42UP(25K) poprzez objęcie ich kursami i szkoleniami zawodowymi. 2. Wzmocnienie motywacji do zmiany sytuacji zawod.84UP(49K) poprzez objęcie warsztatami aktywnego poszukiwania pracy. 3. Nabycie doświad. zawod. przez 67UP(39K) poprzez organizację i udział w 3 miesięcznych stażach zawodowych. 4. Wzrost umiejętności świadomego planowania własnej ścieżki zawodowej 84 UP (49K) poprzez objęcie ich indywidualnym pośrednictwem pracy i wsparciem doradczym. 5. Aktywizacja zawodowa co najmniej 45% uczestników projektu. Działania: 1. Diagnoza (pogłębiona) uczestników projektu i IPD; 2. Przygotowanie i przeprowadzenie szkoleń z zakresu aktywnego poszukiwania pracy oraz nabywania kompetencji kluczowych oraz zachęcających do zawodowej mobilności geograficznej; 3. Pośrednictwo pracy 4.
