Grupę docelową proj. (zg. z SZOOP 2014-2020 WP) stanowi 120 os. (72K, 48M) w wieku 30 l. i więcej (od dnia 30 urodzin) pozostających bez pracy (wyłącznie osoby bezrobotne zarejestrowane w PUP), zamieszkałe wg. KC na obszarach o wysokiej stopie bezrobocia w województwie pomorskim (na podstawie przedstawionego w ramach RK wykazu obszarów o wysokiej stopie bezrob. w woj. pomorskim [KS I stopnia] znajdujące się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na r. pracy tj. należące do wszystkich poniższych grup: -os. w wieku 50 l. i więcej min. 24 os. (14K, 10M) -kobiety min. 72K -os. z niepełnosprawnościami min. 12 os. (6K, 6M) tj. min. 10% [KDS3] -os. długotrwale bezrobotne min. 26os. (16K, 10M) -os. o niskich kwalifikacjach min. 36 os. (22K, 14M) Wsparcie jest skierowane do osób, które bez udziału w nim mają najmniejszą szansę na rozwiąz. dotykających ich problemów w szczególności ON oraz os. zamieszk. na obszarach o wysokiej stopie bezrobocia w woj. pomorskim. Celem projektu jest wzrost zdolności do podjęcia zatrudnienia wśród 120 os (72K, 48M) w wieku 30 l. i więcej pozostających bez zatrudnienia poprzez udział w kompleksowym programie aktywizacji zawodowej w okresie od 01.09.2017r. do 31.12.2019 r. Rezultatem projektu będzie nabycie przez min.35%UP kwalifikacji zaw. oraz osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej wśród GD na poziomie co najmniej 45% Realizowane działania: -indywidualne i grupowe poradnictwo zawodowe w tym utworzenie IPD, -wsparcie psychologiczno-doradcze, -kursy, szkolenia prowadzące do podniesienia, uzupełnienia lub zmiany kwalifikacji zawodowych, -staże zawodowe, -warsztaty w zakresie technik aktywnego poszukiwania pracy, -pośrednictwo pracy. Proj. ukierunkowany na uzysk. zatrudn. przez os. pozostające bez pracy, znajdujące się w najtrudniejszej syt. na r. pracy (z wyłącz. os. przed ukończ. 30 r. życia), realizow. w postaci kompleksowych rozwiązań w zakresie aktywizacji zaw., w oparciu o pogłębioną analizę umiejętn., predyspoz. i problemów zaw. Target group project. (ZOOP 2014-2020 WP) represents 120 persons. (72K, 48M) at the age of 30 and more (since the 30th birthday) who are unemployed (only unemployed persons registered in the PUP), residing according to. KCs in areas with high unemployment rates in Pomorskie voivodship (based on the list of high unemployment areas in Pomeranian voivodship [first-degree KS] presented in the framework of the CCC, which are the most vulnerable for the year of work, i.e. belonging to all of the following groups: —person at the age of 50 and more min. 24 people. (14K, 10M) – women min. 72K -person with disabilities min. 12 people. (6K, 6M) i.e. at least 10 % [KDS3] -person. (16K, 10M) -person with low qualifications min. 36 people. (22K, 14M) The support is aimed at those who have the least chance of solving problems affecting them, in particular ON and non-inhabitant in areas with high unemployment rates in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 120 people (72K, 48M) aged 30 years and more without employment through participation in a comprehensive activation programme in the period from 01.09.2017 to 31.12.2019. The result of the project will be the acquisition of qualifications by at least 35 % of the PUP and achieving an employment efficiency ratio of at least 45 % of GHs. —individual and group vocational guidance, including the creation of IPD, -psychological and advisory support, -currences, training leading to raising, supplementing or changing professional qualifications, -professional internship, -workshops in the field of active job search techniques, -job intermediation. Project oriented towards yield. employed by people who are out of work, who are in the most difficult job saturation (excl. persons before completion. 30), realisations in the form of comprehensive solutions in the field of activation incl., based on in-depth analysis of skills, predisposes and problems.
