Opracowanie dokumentacji przygotowawczej dla projektu „Rewitalizacja infrastruktury regionalnego systemu transportowego Żuławskiej Kolei Dojazdowej na odcinkach Prawy Brzeg Wisły – Stegna – Sztutowo, oraz Stegna – Nowy Dwór Gdański oraz Nowy Dwór Gdański Cmentarz – Nowy dwór Gdański”, w ramach którego zostanie wykonana szczegółowa inwentaryzacja linii a następnie opracowane studium wykonalności uwzględniające zakres i koszty robót zgodnie z obowiązującymi w tym zakresie standardami. Karta informacyjna przedsięwzięcia lub raport OOŚ (w przypadku jeżeli będzie Postanowienie o potrzebie prze prowadzenia oceny oddziaływania na środowisko) w celu podjęcia decyzji finansowych i rzeczowych zakresie planowanej rewitalizacji.
