W projekcie uczestniczą: Lider- Powiat Człuchowski i Partner-Samodzielna Publiczna Przychodnia Wiejska Gminy Chojnice. Celem jest dostosowanie podmiotów do wymogów prawa w zakresie elektronicznej dokum. medycznej oraz interoperacyjności syst. informatycznych w ochronie zdrowia. W ramach przedsięw. wdrożony zostanie syst. informatyczny spełniający wymogi interoperacyjności z regionalnym syst. w ramach przedsięw. strategicznego „Pomorskie e-zdrowie” oraz z krajowym syst. informatycznym w ramach platformy P1 i P2. Zakres przedsięw. obejmuje: rozbudowę i modernizację zasob. infrastruktury sieci teleinformatycznej, w tym zakup serwerów wraz z dostosowaniem serwerowi; zakup, instalację i wdrożenie syst. HIS, RIS, PACS, LIS, EDM, ERP, syst. gromadzenia i archiwizacji danych, syst. zarządzania bezp. informacji, w tym dostępu do danych oraz infrastruktury teleinformatycznej; zakup sprzętu komputerowego wraz z niezbędnym oprogram.; szkolenia z zakresu nowych usług e-Zdrowia i bezp. informacji. The project is attended by: Leader- Powiat Człuchowski i Partner-Samodzielna Public Health Clinic of Chojnice commune. The aim is to adapt entities to the requirements of law in the field of electronic medical documents and interoperability of IT systems in health care. An IT system that meets the interoperability requirements with the regional system will be implemented within the framework of the “Pomeranian e-Health” strategic undertaking and with the national IT system under the P1 and P2 platforms. The scope of the undertaking shall include: expansion and modernisation of the infrastructure of the ICT network, including the purchase of servers with the server adjustment; purchase, installation and implementation of the system. His, RIS, PACS, LIS, EDM, ERP, data collection and archiving system, information-free management system, including access to data and ICT infrastructure; purchase of computer equipment together with the necessary software.; training in the field of new eHealth and non-information services.
