Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie 01.01.2019r.–30.06.2022r.na terenie Gminy Miasto Ustka,na obszarze jednostki urbanistycznej „E”, stanowiącej 2,15% pow. Miasta.Na obszarze tym odnotowuje się największe spiętrzenie problemów społ.,przy jednoczesnym występowaniu zdegradowanej infrastruktury rekreacyjno-integracyjnej i niedostatecznym stanie ciągów komunikacyjnych.Podstawowe problemy(wg Raportu z delimitacji)to: wysoki poziom bezrobocia, niski poziom spójności społecznej, niesamodzielność dużej grupy mieszkańców wyrażająca się w uzależnieniu od pomocy społ. oraz niskim poziomie przedsiębiorczości mieszkańców oraz niedostateczna oferta usług społ. skierowana do ON,osób zależnych, chorych oraz do rodzin z dziećmi. Ponadto na obszarze wykazano duży odsetek dzieci stwarzających problemy wychowawcze, występuje problem z przestępczością wśród młodzieży. Zauważalny jest przez mieszkańców, podczas konsultacji społ.(V-VI.2016), brak oferty zagospodarowania czasu wolnego dla rodzin z problemami opiekuńczo-wychowawczymi, niewystarczająca oferta rekreacyjna dla dzieci i młodzieży, brak świetlicy środowiskowej. Mieszkańcy wskazywali także na brak oferty i odpowiedniej opieki nad dziećmi i młodzieżą, co wg nich przekłada się na problemy wychowawcze i problemy w nauce oraz na niewystarczający poziom aktywności społ.Wsparciem w projekcie objętych zostanie 120os (86K i 34M) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, w tym 60 os - rodziców i dzieci, 50 os.niesamodzielnych i 10 ich opiekunów, zamieszkujących na obszarze „E”. Cel będzie osiągany za pomocą działań: 1. Usługi społeczne dla osób niesamodzielnych i ich opiekunów 2. Usługi społeczne dla rodzin Projekt będzie realizowany w partnerstwie z UUTW. Realizator projektu w imieniu W- CIS w Ustce, realizator poszczególnych podzadań- MOPS w Ustce. Projekt jest zgodny z GPR dla M. Ustka na lata 2016-2020. (Polish)

In this area, there is the greatest congestion of social problems, while the presence of degraded recreational and integration infrastructure and insufficient state of communication lines.The main problems (according to the delimitation report) are: high level of unemployment, low level of social cohesion, independence of a large group of residents expressed in dependence on community aid and low level of entrepreneurship of residents and insufficient social services to ON, dependent people, sick people and families with children. In addition, the area has shown a high proportion of children causing educational problems and there is a problem with youth crime. It is noticeable by residents, during the public consultations (V-VI.2016), the lack of an offer of leisure activities for families with caring and educational problems, insufficient recreational offer for children and young people, lack of community service. Residents also pointed to the lack of offer and adequate care for children and young people, which, according to them, translates into educational problems and learning problems and insufficient social activity.The project will support 120 people (86K and 34M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including 60 people – parents and children, 50 dependants and 10 carers living in the “E” area. The objective will be achieved through actions: 1. Social services for dependants and their carers 2. Social services for families The project will be implemented in partnership with UUTW. Project promoter on behalf of W-CIS in the mouth, executioner of specific subtasks – MOPS in the mouth. The project is compatible with the GPR for M. Ustka for the years 2016-2020. (English)
