“Modern education as a chance for a better start” – project implemented in the rural commune Stara Kiszewa (Pomeranian Voivodeship) in the period from 01.09.2016 to 30.06.2018. Main objective: improving the quality of education and increasing the level of key competences needed in the labour market in 586 pupils of which 277 pupils (employees: Education and Education Team in Stara Kishev to Junior High School-47dz, 53ch and SP-107dz,124ch; SP in Góra-28dz,23ch; School Team Old Poles to Junior High Schools-44dz, 56ch and SP-51dz, 53ch) – including increasing the development opportunities of pupils with special educational needs; support the professional development of 86 teachers, including 75 women, mainly in preparing for key competences and working with pupils with special educational needs. Specific objectives: 1-development of competences and knowledge of pupils/nothing by means of developing activities; 2-development of competences and knowledge in pupils/nothing weaker through equalisation activities; 3-realisation of classes for students/nothing with special educational needs; 4-development of appropriate attitudes and skills in the labour market in pupils/nothing through individual vocational counselling activities; 5-improvement of teachers/drugs’ professional skills and competences; 6-execution of school networking; 7-creation of interschool workshops: 2 physico-chemical-natural laboratories; 3 computer-language studios and 1 nature studios. The project’s activities complement the activities carried out before the start of the project by schools. "Nowoczesna edukacja szansą na lepszy start" - projekt realizowany w gminie wiejskiej Stara Kiszewa (woj.pomorskie) w okresie od 01.09.2016 do 30.06.2018. Cel główny: poprawa jakości kształcenia oraz wzrost poziomu kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy u 586 uczniów w tym 277 uczennic (uczęszczających do: Zespołu Kształcenia i Wychowania w Starej Kiszewie do Gimnazjum-47dz,53ch i SP-107dz,124ch; SP w Górze-28dz,23ch; Zespołu Szkół Stare Polaszki do Gimnazjum-44dz,56ch i SP-51dz,53ch) – w tym zwiększenie szans rozwojowych uczniów o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych; wsparcie doskonalenia zawodowego 86 nauczycieli w tym 75 kobiet głównie w zakresie przygotowania do kształcenia kompetencji kluczowych oraz pracy z uczniami o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych. Cele szczegółowe: 1-rozwinięcie kompetencji i wiedzy u uczniów/nic zdolnych poprzez zrealizowanie zajęć rozwijających; 2-rozwinięcie kompetencji i wiedzy u uczniów/nic słabszych poprzez zrealizowanie zajęć wyrównujących; 3-zrealizowanie zajęć dla uczniów/nic ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi; 4-rozwinięcie właściwych postaw i umiejętności na rynku pracy u uczniów/nic poprzez zrealizowanie indywidualnych zajęć z doradztwa zawodowego; 5-udoskonalenie umiejętność i kompetencji zawodowych nauczycieli/lek; 6-wykonanie osieciowania szkół; 7-utworzenie międzyszkolnych pracowni: 2 pracowni fizyczno-chemiczno-przyrodniczych; 3 pracowni komputerowo-językowych oraz 1 pracowni przyrodniczej.
