Projekt obejmie wsparciem 100% (co wynika z przeprowadzonej we wszystkich szkołach diagnozie) szkół z Gminy Puck-15 SP w Celbowie 1, Darzlubiu 2, Gnieżdzewie 3, Leśniewie 4, Łebczu 5, Mieroszynie 6, Mrzezinie 7,Połchowie 8, Połczynie 9, Rekowie Górnym 10, Starzynie 11,Strzelnie 12, Swarzewie 13, Werblini 14,Żelistrzewie 15 i 4 Gim w Darzlubiu I, Mrzezinie II, Starzynie III, Żelistrzewie IV(dalej oznaczenia szkół n-rami). W zaplanowanym na podst.diagnozy proj. udział weźmie 3624(1757dz,1867ch.) uczniów-dalej u., 116(93K,23M) nau., pedag. i psychologów i 453 (335K,118M) opiek. prawnych. Cel proj.-poprawa jakości edu. ogól. w Gm Puck. Cele szczeg.-zwiększenie komp. kluczowych przyrod.-mat.,cyfrowych i z jęz. ang, kreatywności i innowacyjności u.,wsparcie u. o specj. potrzebach edu.(SPE), zwiększenie kwalifikacji i komp. nau., psych., pedagog. i opiek. prawnych u.,stworzenie w szkołach warunków do nauczania z wykorzystaniem TIK oraz met. eksperymentu. Osiągnięcie c. nastąpi dzięki: -realizacji zaj. dod. zwiększających komp. kluczowe u. met.proj. edu., kreatywność i innowacyjność z użyciem TIK i eksperymentów, pomocy dyd. (m. in. pracowni) oraz zaj. w pomorskich instytucjach edu. -wsparciu nau., pedagog.,psychologów poprzez szkolenia z zakresu pracy met. proj. edu. i eksperymentu, wykorzystywania narzędzi TIK, doradztwa edu.-zaw i integr. sensorycznej. -wsparciu opiekunów prawnych u. w zakresie umiejętności doradzenia dzieciom w wyborze ścieżki edu.-zaw oraz pracy z dzieckiem z SPE. Efektem proj. będzie poprawa jakości edu. ogól. w Gm. Puck oraz nabycie przez min. 90%: -u. ww. komp. kluczowych, -nau., psych., pedag. kwalifikacji lub komp. do efektywnej pracy Efekty proj. będą trwałe, gdyż nabyte przez n. kwalifikacje i komp., zakupione pomoce dyd.i wypracowane metody nauczania wykorzystywane będą w w szkołach po jego zakończeniu. Proj. jest skierowany do osób, które bez udziału w nim nie mają szansy na rozwiązanie lub zniwelowanie problemów w nim zidentyfikowanych. (Polish)

Aim of the project.-improvement of the quality of edu. general in Gm Puck. Objectives – to increase comp. key natures.-mat., digit and in English, creativity and innovation u., support u. on special needs edu.(SPE), increasing skills and comp. nau., psych., educator. and legal care u., creating in schools the conditions for teaching using ICT and met. experiment. The achievement c. will be achieved by: —development of increasing comp. key u. met.proj. edu., creativity and innovation with the use of ICT and experiments, aided by teaching. (among others, workshops) and occupations in Pomeranian edu institutions. —supporting nau., educator.,psychologists through training in the field of work of met. proj. edu. and experiment, use of ICT tools, consultancy edu.-zaw and integr. sensory. —support of legal guardians in terms of the ability to advise children in choosing an edu.-zaw path and working with a child from the SPE. The result of the project will be to improve the quality of edu. general in Gm. Puck and acquisition by at least 90 %: —u. the above-mentioned key comp., -nau., psych., pedag. qualifications or comp. for effective work The effects of the project will be permanent, as the qualifications acquired by n. and comp., purchased teaching aids and developed teaching methods will be used in schools after its completion. The project is aimed at people who do not have a chance to solve or remedy the problems identified without participating in it. (English)
