    Projekt realizowany będzie na terenie miasta rdzeniowego miejskiego obszaru funkcjonalnego Chojnic.Celem jest przywrócenie funkcji społeczno-gospodarczych i poprawa jakości przestrzeni publicznych na zdegradowanym obszarze Dzielnicy Dworcowej.Przewiduje się realizację szeregu zintegrowanych działań w obszarze rozwoju usług społecznych oraz działań mających na celu zwiększenie aktywności społ. i gosp.Projekt podzielono na 5 zadań:1:Budowa obiektu przy ul. Dworcowej na cele społ. wraz z zagospodarowaniem otoczenia,2:Renowacje i remonty elementów wspólnych w budynkach mieszkalnych wraz z zagospodarowaniem otoczenia budynków i przestrzeni publicznych na cele społ.3:Budowa ul. Subisława na odcinku do ul.
