CEL GŁÓWNY PROJEKTU: Nabycie, uzupełnienie lub podwyższenie kwalifikacji lub kompetencji zawodowych przez 300 (21K,279M) osób w wieku aktywności zawod., z obszarów o wysokiej stopie bezrobocia województwa pomorskiego, w zawodzie montera konstrukcji metalowych, w okresie 1.05.2017-31.05.2019r. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi 300 (21K,279M) osób w wieku aktywności zawodowej (18lat i więcej) zainteresowanych z własnej inicjatywy nabyciem, uzupełnieniem lub podwyższeniem kwalifikacji zawodowych, z obszarów o wysokiej stopie bezrobocia województwa pomorskiego (uczą się / pracują lub zamieszkują na obszarze o wysokiej stopie bezrobocia województwa pomorskiego w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego), o wykształceniu maksymalnie ponadgimnazjalnym. Co najmniej 80% grupy docelowej projektu stanowią osoby w wieku 25 lat i więcej (241os.), z których 100% to osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. 100% uczestników projektu stanowią (łącznie) osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej i osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach zawodowych (maksymalne wykształcenie ponadgimnazjalne-ISCED3), w tym 100% uczestników projektu stanowią os o niskich kwalifikacjach (300os.) a os w wieku 50+ to ok. 8% uczestników projektu (24os.). Co najmniej połowę uczestników projektu stanowią (łącznie) pracownicy sektora mikro, małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw oraz podmiotów ekonomii społecznej/przedsiębiorstw społecznych (151os.). MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: Acquisition, supplement or increase of qualifications or professional competences by 300 (21K,279M) people of the age of professional activity, from areas with a high unemployment rate of Pomorskie Voivodship, in the profession of assembler of metal structures, in the period 1.05.2017-31.05.2019r. The target group of the project is 300 (21K,279M) people of working age (18 years and more) interested on their own initiative to acquire, supplement or increase professional qualifications, from areas with a high unemployment rate of the Pomeranian Voivodship (learning/working or living in an area with a high unemployment rate of the Pomeranian Voivodship within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code), with a maximum upper secondary education. At least 80 % of the target group of the project are people aged 25 and over (241 people), of whom 100 % are low-skilled. 100 % of participants in the project are (total) people aged 50 and over and low-skilled people (maximum upper secondary education – ICED3), including 100 % of project participants are low-skilled people (300 people) and 50+ wasps. 8 % of project participants (24 people). At least half of the participants in the project are (total) employees of the micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and social economy/social enterprises (151 persons).
