The main objective of the project is to overcome the barriers to the development of the Applicant, which is the low level of use of ICT in the enterprise. The modernisation of our own software supporting production in terms of improving the quality of workpieces and reducing the processing time in the production process translates into a significant reduction in processing costs and is currently the most important need in terms of further development of RICHO POLSKA’s business. Thanks to this investment, the entrepreneur will be able to increase the quality and speed of the products and services offered so far and reduce their production costs. The modernisation of software will contribute to the company’s competitiveness, development and diversification of existing business, and to ensuring comprehensive customer service, and the new ones offered to the market by improving their products/services will also be characterised by a high quality and competitive price. Głównym celem projektu jest przełamanie bariery w rozwoju Wnioskodawcy jakim jest niski poziom wykorzystania technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnej w przedsiębiorstwie. Zmodernizowanie posiadanego oprogramowania wspomagającego produkcję w zakresie poprawy jakości obrabianych elementów oraz redukcji czasu obróbki w procesie produkcji przekłada się na znaczne zmniejszenie kosztów obróbki i jest aktualnie najważniejszą potrzebą z punktu widzenia dalszego rozwoju działalności firmy RICHO POLSKA. Dzięki realizacji omawianej inwestycji przedsiębiorca będzie mógł zwiększyć jakość i szybkość oferowanych dotychczas produktów i usług oraz zmniejszyć koszty ich produkcji. Modernizacja oprogramowania przyczyni się do wzrostu konkurencyjności firmy, rozwoju i dywersyfikacji dotychczasowej działalności oraz do zagwarantowania kompleksowej obsługi klientów, a oferowane nowe dla rynku poprzez ich ulepszenie produkty/usługi będą się ponadto charakteryzować wysoką jakością i konkurencyjną ceną.
