Payment for the data provided will be implemented on the basis of an annex to the Act of Geodetic and Cartographic Law. In addition, the project will make an orthofotomapa, which will be made available through an online store with a license to use it also for commercial purposes. Projekt obejmuje rozbudowę systemu informatycznego Urzędu Miasta Gliwice i stworzenie „sklepu internetowego” pozwalającego w pełni zautomatyzować proces zakupu danych geodezyjnych i kartograficznych. W wyniki realizacji projektu wszyscy zainteresowani będą mogli on-line zamówić i opłacić zakup dowolnych danych z powiatowego zasobu geodezyjno-kartograficznego. Usługi udostępniane przez sklep internetowy kierowane będą głównie do mieszkańców i przedsiębiorców z Gliwic lub takich osób fizycznych lub prawnych, które zainteresowane będą pozyskaniem informacji przestrzennej z terenu miasta. Odpłatność za udostępniane dane realizowana będzie na podstawie załącznika do ustawy Prawo geodezyjne i kartograficzne. Ponadto w ramach projektu zostanie wykonana ortofotomapa, która będzie udostępniana poprzez sklep internetowy z licencją na jej wykorzystanie również do celów komercyjnych. Ortofotomapa będzie również nieodpłatnie prezentowana w portalu internetowym UM Gliwice. (Polish)
