Projekt zakłada utworzenie 45 miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 oraz funkcjonowanie żłobka przez 24 m-ce. Nowo budowany żłobek publiczny będzie jednostką organizacyjną Gminy Nowa Wieś Lęborska(G.NWL). Gmina przez następne lata będzie utrzymywać żłobek ze środków własnych oraz z wpłat rodziców. Celem projektu jest ułatwienie/umożliwienie powrotu do pracy osobom mającym dzieci w wieku 0-3 lata. Wsparcie oparte na analizie potrzeb mieszkańców skierowane będzie do osób,które bez udziału w projekcie mają najmniejszą szansę na rozwiązanie dotykających je problemów,ponieważ pochodzą z obszarów wiejskich i mają ograniczony dostęp do form opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3. CELE SZCZEG.: -zwiększenie zatrudnienia oraz dostępu do form opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 poprzez utworzenie 45 miejsc w nowo powstałym żłobku; -umożliwienie 45% uczestnikom projektu - rodzicom pracującym(w szczególności kobietom) powrotu do pracy z urlopu macierzyńskiego/wychowawczego oraz zwiększenie szansy utrzymania pracy przez osoby, które opiekują się dziećmi do lat 3 poprzez szybszy powrót do pracy; -wdrażanie rozwiązań ułatwiających powrót na rynek pracy oraz umożliwienie rozpoczęcie kariery zawodowej 45% uczestnikom projektu - rodzicom niepracującym (szczególnie kobietom); - umożliwienie 45 rodzicom łączenia obowiązków zawodowych z prywatnymi. DZIAŁANIA: - zakup i montaż wyposażenia (w tym m.in. meble, wyposażenie wypoczynkowe dla dzieci,zabawki, wyposażenie kuchni, łazienek, gabinetu pielęgniarki,sali audiowizualnej itp.), - zakup pomocy do prowadzenia zajęć opiekuńczo – wychowawczych i edukacyjnych, - zapewnienie bieżącego funkcjonowania utworzonego miejsca opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3,w tym np. koszty wynagrodzenia personelu zatrudnionego w miejscu opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3, koszty opłat za wyżywienie i pobyt dziecka. The project involves the creation of 45 childcare facilities under the age of 3 and the operation of the nursery for 24 months. The newly built public nursery will be the organizational unit of Nowa Wieś Lęborska (G.NWL). For the following years the municipality will maintain the nursery with its own resources and from the payments of the parents. The aim of the project is to facilitate/enable return to work for those with children aged 0-3 years. Support based on an analysis of the needs of residents will be addressed to those who, without participating in the project, have the least chance of solving the problems they face, as they come from rural areas and have limited access to childcare forms of childcare up to the age of 3. OBJECTIVES IN DETAIL: —increasing employment and access to childcare forms under the age of 3 by creating 45 seats in the newly created nursery; —allowing 45 % of the project participants – working parents (especially women) to return to work from maternity/educational leave and increase the chance of retaining the job by those who care for children under the age of 3 through a faster return to work; —implementing solutions to facilitate reintegration into the labour market and enabling 45 % of project participants to start their careers – parents who are not in employment (especially women); — enabling 45 parents to combine professional and private responsibilities. ACTIONS: — purchase and assembly of equipment (including, among others, furniture, recreational equipment for children, toys, kitchen equipment, bathrooms, nurse’s office, audiovisual hall, etc.), – purchase of assistance to conduct care, educational and educational activities, – ensuring the day-to-day functioning of the created place of care for children under the age of 3, including, for example, the cost of salaries of staff employed in the place of childcare up to 3 years of age.
