The project involves the execution of comprehensive and highly advanced R & D works, in order to develop an innovative range of process tanks dedicated to the food industry. The main reason for the project is the response to the observed problems associated with the operation of tanks in the production lines of the food industry. The new product will be characterised by: — high thermal efficiency, achieved by, among others, low thermal inertia, uniform heat flow, high pressure and thermal temperature; — high quality (internal surface roughness ratio Ra 0,2 µm, optional Ra 0,1 µm); — high resistance due to, inter alia, bilateral welding of coils, reduction of the coil stress coefficient; — a small heat impact zone which will reduce the risk of chemical and stress corrosion; — modular design; —with a broader application, among others, the possibility of carrying out chemical synthesis, reception of aromas. Through the structural and technological solutions developed in the course of advanced industrial research and development, the product will be addressed to the forward-looking and knowledge-intensive food industry, in particular the fruit and vegetable sector. The product, thanks to predefined parameters and features, will be able to find future applications in other industries (e.g. chemical, pharmaceutical). The aim of the project is to strengthen competitiveness and increase the level of innovation of FME Food Machinery Europe Sp. z o. o., through: 1. Implementation of the research programme – carrying out industrial research and experimental development work, in order to verify assumptions, test and develop a prototype of a new product; 2. In case of a positive outcome of the project, preparation for implementation and implementation of R & D results in FME activities (in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship); 3. Optimise sustainability aspects at all stages of R & D. (English)

    Projekt zakłada wykonanie kompleksowych i wysoce zaawansowanych prac B+R, celem opracowania innowacyjnego typoszeregu zbiorników procesowych, dedykowanych przemysłowi spożywczemu. Głównym powodem realizacji projektu jest odpowiedź na zaobserwowane problemy związana z eksploatacją zbiorników w liniach produkcyjnych branży spożywczej. Nowy produkt będzie się charakteryzował: - wysoką sprawnością cieplną, uzyskaną dzięki m.in. małej bezwładności cieplnej, równomiernemu przepływowi ciepła, wysokiemu ciśnieniu i temperaturze pracy czynnika termicznego; - wysoką jakością (współczynnik chropowatości powierzchni wewnętrznej Ra 0,2 µm, opcjonalnie Ra 0,1 µm); - wysoką odpornością dzięki m.in. dwustronnemu spawaniu wężownicy, obniżeniu współczynnika naprężeń własnych; - małej strefie wpływu ciepła co ograniczy zagrożenie korozją chemiczną i naprężeniową; - modułowej konstrukcji; -szerszym zastosowaniem, m.in. możliwość realizacji syntezy chemicznej, odbioru aromatów. Poprzez zastosowane rozwiązania konstrukcyjno-technologiczne, powstałe w toku zaawansowanych badań przemysłowych i prac rozwojowych, produkt zostanie skierowany do perspektywicznej i wiedzochłonnego przemysłu spożywczego, w szczególności sektora owocowo-warzywnego. Produkt, dzięki wstępnie określonym parametrom i cechom, będzie mógł w przyszłość znaleźć również zastosowanie w innych branżach (m.in. chemiczna, farmaceutyczna). Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie konkurencyjności i podniesienie poziom innowacyjności FME Food Machinery Europe Sp. z o. o., poprzez: 1. Realizację programu badawczego - przeprowadzenie badań przemysłowych i eksperymentalnych prac rozwojowych, celem weryfikacji założeń, przetestowania oraz opracowania prototypu nowego produktu; 2. W przypadku pozytywnego wyniku projektu, przeprowadzenie przygotowania do wdrożenia oraz wdrożenie wyników B+R do działalności FME (na terenie woj. podkarpackiego); 3.
