The aim of the project is to increase the level of activity and employability of unemployed people over the year 29 registered with PUP Nisko. The main result of the project will be the employment of at least 61 people registered in the Low PUP. The project will support people over the year 29 belonging to the following groups: 1. Persons who remain outside the labour market, i.e. the unemployed in particular: •persons aged 50 and over, long-term unemployed, •women, persons with disabilities, • low-skilled persons. 2. Farmers and members of their families are persons who own an agricultural property or members of their families who are subject to pension insurance on farms wishing to leave agriculture. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. POWIAT NIŻAŃSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W NISKU

Celem projektu jest podniesienie poziomu aktywności zawodowej i zdolności do zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 r. ż. zarejestrowanych w PUP Nisko. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez minimum 61 os. zarejestrowanych w PUP Nisko. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby powyżej 29 r. ż. należące do poniższych grup: 1. Osoby pozostające poza rynkiem pracy tj. osoby bezrobotne zwłaszcza: •osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, •osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, •kobiety, •osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, •osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. 2. Rolnicy i członkowie ich rodzin – osoby posiadające nieruchomość rolną lub członkowie ich rodzin podlegający ubezpieczeniom emerytalnym i rentowym z tytułu prowadzenia gospodarstwa rolnego, które chcą odejść z rolnictwa. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
