The aim of the Entrepreneurship Project Preschooler is to raise key competences in 80 preschoolers (37K/43M) in two preschool establishments in the commune of Peace. The project aims to support pre-school education in the area of access to high quality education by providing access to a variety of additional activities that positively stimulate development and influence the development of important attitudes or skills useful in the labour market in the future. The project involves the implementation of various workshops, interest groups and educational trips. Bearing in mind that children’s involvement in experimentation arouses curiosity, it teaches reasoning to draw conclusions of form and methods of some classes will be based on observations, experiments and experiments. The project will support children from kindergarten establishments in the municipality of Peace, including children who are particularly talented in activities developing talents and children with learning difficulties taking part in teaching and equalisation classes. The project assumes the creation of conditions for teaching based on the experimental method by purchasing appropriate teaching aids and based on modern learning methods using ICT. Complementary with the organisation of additional activities will be the improvement of teachers’ competence through the organisation of trainings in the field of application of methods and organizational forms conducive to the development and development of key competences in children, including the use of ICT. In kindergarten facilities in the municipality of Peace the need to implement tasks related to support for children planned in the project was diagnosed. The project allows for a permanent improvement of the level and quality of teaching in kindergartens in the Municipality of Peace by retrofitting and improving the competence of teachers.The centres concerned by the implementation of the project were previously supported under the POKL, and the area is not located in the area covered by the local revitalisation plan.     Celem Projektu Przedsiębiorczy Przedszkolak jest podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych u 80 przedszkolaków ( 37K/43M) w dwóch placówkach przedszkolnych w gminie Pokój. Projekt ma na celu wsparcie edukacji przedszkolnej w zakresie dostępu do wysokiej jakości edukacji poprzez zapewnienie dostępu do różnorodnych zajęć dodatkowych pozytywnie stymulujących rozwój i wpływających na kształtowanie ważnych postaw czy umiejętności przydatnych na rynku pracy w przyszłości. Projekt zakłada realizację różnorodnych warsztatów, kółek zainteresowań jak i wyjazdów edukacyjnych. Mając na uwadze, iż zaangażowanie dzieci w eksperymentowanie rozbudza ciekawość, uczy rozumowania wyciągania wniosków formy i metody niektórych zajęć oparte będą o obserwacje, doświadczenia i eksperymenty. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte dzieci z placówek przedszkolnych w gminie Pokój w tym dzieci szczególnie uzdolnione biorące udział w zajęciach rozwijających uzdolnienia oraz dzieci mające trudności w nauce biorących udział w zajęciach dydaktyczno-wyrównawczych. Projekt zakłada utworzenie warunków do nauczania opartego na metodzie eksperymentu poprzez zakup odpowiednich pomocy dydaktycznych jak i w oparciu o nowoczesne metody nauczania z wykorzystaniem TIK. Komplementarne z organizacją zajęć dodatkowych będzie doskonalenie kompetencji nauczycieli poprzez organizację szkoleń z zakresu zastosowania metod i form organizacyjnych sprzyjających kształtowaniu i rozwijaniu kluczowych kompetencji u dzieci w tym z wykorzystaniem TIK. W placówkach przedszkolnych w gminie Pokój zdiagnozowano potrzebę wdrożenia zadań dotyczących wsparcia dzieci zaplanowanych w projekcie. Projekt pozwala na trwałe podniesienie poziomu i jakości nauczania w Przedszkolach w gminie Pokój poprzez doposażenie jak i podniesienie kompetencji nauczycieli.Ośrodki, którego dotyczy realizacja projektu były wcześniej wspierane w ramach POKL, ponadto dany obszar nie znajduje się na obszarze objętym lokalnym planem rewitalizacji.
