The subject of the project is to support general education of primary schools of the Municipality of Jemielnica, limited to the development of key competences on the labour market, experimental teaching and appropriate attitudes, taking into account the specific needs and characteristics of each student, including pupils with special educational needs. Actions are planned to create the conditions for modern teaching by equipping schools with ICT equipment and nature and mathematics studios with teaching equipment through experience. The planned support results from the diagnosis of needs which have been prepared and carried out individually by each school and approved by the host body. Primary school in Piotrówka (22,4) and in Jemielnica (22,0) over the last three years have achieved results at a level lower than the average of the voivodship (23,6), so both schools should be considered to have the weakest results in the region. From the test, the boys score lower than the girls. On the other hand, an analysis of average grades indicates that boys have better results from nature (3.45K/3.67M) and mathematics (3.10K/3.20M), whereas the worse ones in English (3.77K/3.37M) and German (4.31K/3.88M). Both schools point to the under-equipment of a natural and mathematical laboratory with basic teaching aids that allow to conduct interesting activities with the use of experience and activation methods. The lack of ICT equipment reduces the use of multimedia activities. The knowledge acquired and extended by teachers will allow, inter alia, to strengthen pupils’ competences and skills in the educational process and to properly support their development and respond adequately to emerging problems. Projects financed by the ESF carried out under the project complement the activities carried out by schools in the period of 12 months before the start of the project. (English)

Natomiast analiza średnich ocen wskazuje, że chłopcy mają lepsze wyniki z przyrody (3,45K/3,67M) i matematyki (3,10K/3,20M), natomiast gorsze z j. angielskiego (3,77K/3,37M) i z j. niemieckiego (4,31K/3,88M). Obie szkoły wskazują na niedostateczne wyposażenie pracowni przyrodniczej i matematycznej w podstawowe pomoce dydaktyczne umożliwiające prowadzenie ciekawych zajęć z wykorzystaniem doświadczeń i metod aktywizujących. (Polish)
