The aim of the project is to ensure the proper functioning of the evaluation process of ROP WP 2014-2020. In accordance with Article 54 of the General Regulation, evaluations shall be carried out to improve the quality of the design and implementation of the programmes, as well as to analyse their effectiveness, effectiveness and impact. The 2014-2020 programming period aims to increase the role and usefulness of evaluation in the management of the operational programmes implemented under cohesion policy, and to increase the transparency of cohesion policy by providing reliable information to the main stakeholders and citizens on the real results of the actions taken. The evaluation has been recognised as an integral part of the management of public programmes, aimed at improving the decision-making process for the allocation of public funds. It is therefore necessary to provide for, inter alia, an efficient system of evaluation of ROPs No 2014-2020, and thus measures to comply with the evaluation requirements. Implementation of this objective, which will be achieved through the financing of evaluations and conferences, will enable the smooth implementation of the Programme implementation processes. Celem projektu jest zapewnienie prawidłowego funkcjonowania procesu ewaluacji RPO WP 2014-2020. Zgodnie z art. 54 rozporządzenia ogólnego ewaluacje przeprowadza się w celu poprawy jakości projektowania i wdrażania programów, jak również w celu analizy ich skuteczności, efektywności i wpływu. W okresie programowania na lata 2014-2020 założono zwiększenie roli oraz użyteczności ewaluacji w procesie zarządzania programami operacyjnymi wdrażanymi w ramach polityki spójności, jak również zwiększenie transparentności polityki spójności poprzez dostarczanie głównym interesariuszom oraz obywatelom wiarygodnych informacji dotyczących rzeczywistych efektów podejmowanych działań. Ewaluacja zyskała uznanie jako integralny element procesu zarządzania programami publicznymi, mający na celu doskonalenie procesu decyzji o alokacji środków publicznych. Niezbędne jest zatem zapewnienie m.in. sprawnego systemu oceny RPO WP 2014-2020, a tym samym środków na spełnienie wymagań dotyczących ewaluacji. Realizacja ww. celu, która nastąpi poprzez sfinansowanie ewaluacji oraz konferencji umożliwi sprawną realizację procesów wdrażania Programu. Cel projektu jest zgodny z celem szczegółowym nr 2 osi priorytetowej X Pomoc techniczna RPO WP. (Polish)
