The aim of the project is socio-occupational activation, using instruments of social activation, professional activation providing comprehensive and individualised support based on a path of reintegration created individually for each person/family by the end of VI.2018 groups of 30 persons (17K and 13M), living in the area of Wąsosz commune, at risk of social exclusion. In particular, it is aimed at providing support for: beneficiaries of social assistance benefits in accordance with the Social Assistance Act of 12.03.2004; referred to in Article 1(2) of the Social Employment Act of 13.06.2003; beneficiaries of OPs and unemployed persons registered in the PUP (III aid profile), supported by the Centre. The project assumes comprehensive support, tailored to the needs of the participants, in line with the assumptions of the Local Development Strategy. Individualisation of support will contribute to the activation of people in particular labour market situations at risk of social exclusion or social exclusion. The following actions are foreseen in the framework of: individual path of social reintegration, guidance and individual and group support in the field of improving life competences and socio-occupational skills, legal counselling, vocational training and internships and intermediation of work. Celem projektu aktywizacja społeczno-zawodowa, wykorzystująca instrumenty aktywizacji społecznej, zawodowej zapewniające wsparcie kompleksowe oraz zindywidualizowane w oparciu o ścieżkę reintegracji stworzoną indywidualnie dla każdej osoby/rodziny do końca VI.2018 r. grupy 30 osób (17K i 13M), zamieszkujących obszar gminy Wąsosz , zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym. W szczególności pr. ukierunkowany jest na objęcie wsparciem os.: korzystających ze świadczeń z pomocy społecznej zgodnie z ustawą z d. 12.03.2004 r. o pomocy społ.; o których mowa w art.1 ust.2 ustawy z d.13.06.2003 r. o zatrudnieniu socjalnym; korzystających z PO PŻ oraz os. bezrobotne zarejestrowane w PUP (III profil pomocy), objęte wsparciem Ośrodka. Projekt zakłada kompleksowe wsparcie, dostosowane do potrzeb uczestników, zgodne z założeniami Lokalnej Strategii Rozwoju. Indywidualizacja wsparcia przyczyni się do aktywizacji zawodowej osób w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym lub wykluczonych społecznie. W ramach pr. przewidziano następujące działania: indywidualną ścieżkę reintegracji społ.-zaw., poradnictwo i wsparcie indywidualne oraz grupowe w zakresie podniesienia kompetencji życiowych i umiejętności społeczno-zawodowych, poradnictwo prawne, szkolenia zawodowe oraz staże i pośrednictwo pracy.
