Among UP 17 individuals will be parents/legal guardians with at least 3 children by 18 (i.e. 21.2 % of the target group)-15K and 2M. Main objective of the project: Increase the level of activity and employability of people long-term unemployed above 29. register at the PUP in Leżajsk at 80 UP (64K,16M) and bringing to employment at least 30 %, plus an additional 10 %, i.e. a total of at least 40 % of UP. Main result indicators: Number of employees, including those working for their own account, after leaving the program-37.6 % The number of people who were eligible after leaving the program-50 % Outcoming the program-50 % Outcome Index for long-term unemployment.-30 %+ 10 %(approximately 40 %) Predicted actions: The project will provide comprehensive support through the application of 3 different forms of support for each of the 80UPs, i.e.IPD, group vocational guidance, internship, and for 20UP the project will provide training incl. individual (qualification) according to diagnosed needs on IPD, first for unemployed persons without qualification.
