The main objective of the project is to reduce the energy consumption needed for the functioning of the workshop building for professional and social rehabilitation. In the case of the building in question, the project concerns the reduction of heat consumption for building heating and electricity consumption for building lighting. The additional objective of the project is to increase the share of renewable energy sources in the production of electricity by making a photovoltaic installation for the own needs of the building. In connection with the implementation of the material scope of the project, the costs for the heat and electricity supplied to the building will be reduced. This building is located in Nowa Sarzyna at ul. Łukasiewicza 3A, it has a heated area of 792.44 m². In the current state of the building, the building needs to be modernised, as the building partitions and the window and door carpentry do not meet the applicable technical requirements for thermal insulation. In addition, the heating system is corroded without local adjustment, and gravity ventilation does not perform its function. The electrical installation and lighting of the building require replacement. As part of the actual implementation of the project, a number of modernisations are planned, consisting of: insulation of the exterior and foundation walls of the building, warming of the building’s stropodache, replacement of the entire window and door carpentry (with gate), replacement of central heating system and installation of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. In addition, a new electrical lighting system is planned, and on the stropods of the building the installation of a PV photovoltaic installation with an installed capacity of approx. 40 kW is planned. The performance of these construction and installation works will result in an energy-modernised building, a reduction in final energy consumption by 166.81 MWh/year, thus reducing CO2 emissions to the atmosphere in the amount of 74.03 tonnes/year. The costs for energy will fall by PLN 45 127.44 per year. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Instalacja elektryczna i oświetlenie budynku wymagają wymiany. Wykonanie omówionych prac budowlanych i instalacyjnych przyniesie efekt w postaci zmodernizowanego energetycznie budynku, zmniejszenie zużycia energii finalnej o 166,81 MWh/rok, a tym samym ograniczenie emisji CO2 do atmosfery w ilości 74,03 ton /rok. Koszty za energię spadną o 45 127,44 zł rocznie. (Polish)
