PCO building (Podkarpackie Centrum Oncology), ul. Szopena 22nd PCCP building (Podkarpackie Center for Lung Diseases), ul. Chivalry 2.3. building of Pt exchanger, ul. Szopena 2.4. building G laboratory, ul. Szopena 2.5. building of the AP pharmacy, ul. Szopena 2.6. building J administrative, ul. Szopena 2.7. Directorate C building, ul. Szopena 2,The undertaking will consist of thermal modernisation of buildings including insulation of external walls, ventilated ceiling, replacement of window and door carpentry to meet technical conditions for insulation of building partitions for 2021, replacement of luminaires and LED fluorescent lamps, modernisation of heating system. As part of the project, a heat node will be made of high parameters with a capacity of 450 [kW] – located in the premises of the existing central heating exchanger.This will change the heat source of hot water from coal to heat from the urban network.The implementation of the actions included in the proposal will ensure that the project objectives are achieved in a comprehensive manner. In total, the project will reduce the demand for heat by 16 105.29 GJ/year of heat and 213.91 MWh/year of electricity.Benefits of the project:o Increasing the comfort of use of medical infrastructure,o Reducing emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere Reduced costs of heating the building is promoting attitudes related to energy savingo Promoting environmental protection measures, creating environmental attitudes, increasing the environmental attractiveness of the region. Celem ogólnym projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynków Klinicznego Szpitala Wojewódzkiego nr 1 im. Fryderyka Chopina w Rzeszowie.Projekt obejmuje zadania inwestycyjne polegające na wykonaniu prac termomodernizacyjnych w 7 budynkach Klinicznego Szpitala Wojewódzkiego nr 1 im. Fryderyka Chopina w Rzeszowie:1. budynek PCO (Podkarpackie Centrum Onkologii), ul. Szopena 22. budynek PCCP (Podkarpackie Centrum Chorób Płuc), ul. Rycerska 2,3. budynek Pt wymiennikowni, ul. Szopena 2,4. budynek G laboratorium, ul. Szopena 2,5. budynek AP apteki, ul. Szopena 2,6. budynek J administracyjny, ul. Szopena 2,7. budynek C dyrekcji, ul. Szopena 2,Przedsięwzięcie polegać będzie na termomodernizacji budynków obejmujących m.in. docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, stropodachu wentylowanego, wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej w celu spełnienia warunków technicznych dla izolacyjności przegród budowlanych dla 2021 roku, wymiana opraw i świetlówek LED, modernizacja instalacji grzewczej. W ramach projektu wykonany zostanie węzeł cieplny c.w.u. wysokich parametrów o mocy 450 [kW] – zlokalizowany w pomieszczeniach istniejącej wymiennikowni c.o. Dzięki temu zmianie ulegnie źródło ciepła ciepłej wody użytkowej z węglowego na ciepło z sieci miejskiej.Przeprowadzenie działań ujętych we wniosku w sposób wyczerpujący zapewni osiągnięcie celów projektu. Łącznie realizacja projektu pozwoli na zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na ciepło o 16 105,29 GJ/rok energii cieplnej i 213,91 MWh/rok energii elektrycznej.Korzyści wynikające z realizacji projektu:o Zwiększenie komfortu użytkowania infrastruktury leczniczej,o Ograniczenie emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosferyo Zmniejszone koszty ogrzewania budynkówo promowanie postaw związanych z oszczędzaniem energiio Propagowanie działań na rzecz ochrony środowiska, kreowanie postaw ekologicznych, o Zwiększenie atrakcyjności ekologicznej regionu.
