Main objective and results: Until 30.06.2019r. Increase the efficiency and attractiveness of education in 4 SP from the rural commune Niwiska in the scope of: — Development of key competences necessary on the labour market at least 90 % of pupils and pupils of these schools (from 233U/112dz), with particular regard to the development of appropriate attitudes and social competences, learning skills, initiatives necessary for the proper functioning of various professional and social roles in min. 90 % of pupils/engineers from classes 8 (24 out of 27U) and natural competences in min. 85 % U (44U) – Preparation of the resources/care of teachers in the above-mentioned schools to carry out activities targeted at: * Application of methods and forms conducive to shaping and developing key competences in pupils: min. 75 % of teachers *using the experimental method in teaching natural subjects: min. 75 % Teachers *Using and incorporating ICT tools in the learning process: min. 75 % Teachers -Equipment/equipment of 4 SP with ICT tools and equipment, school workshops for teaching natural subjects with teaching aids – as an element supporting the shaping and development of key and natural competences of GD: 220 Students in the SP in Trześnia, Hucisk, Siedlance and Hucina located in the rural commune Niwiska and 41N/35K general subjects employed in the above schools. The following tasks will be implemented as part of the project: 1. Implementation of classes aimed at developing key competences together with the preparation of teachers and creating appropriate conditions for this (purchase of teaching aids and ICT tools) 2.Implementation of educational and professional advice 3.Implementation of classes using experimental methods and experiences in natural subjects, equipment of natural laboratories and preparation of natural subjects teachers for their implementation.All forms of support will be available for people with disabilities. Wzrost efektywności i atrakcyjności kształcenia w 4 SP z terenu Gminy wiejskiej Niwiska w zakresie: - Rozwoju kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy u min. 90% uczniów i uczennic tych szkół (z 233U/ 112dz), przy szczególnym uwzg. kształtowania właściwych postaw i kompetencji społecznych, umiejętności uczenia się, inicjatywności niezbędnych do prawidłowego funkcjonowania w różnych rolach zawodowych i społecznych u min. 90% uczniów/-ennic z klas 8 (24 z 27U) oraz kompetencji przyrodniczych u min. 85% U (44U) - Przygotowania zasobów/ kadry nauczycieli ww. szkół do realizacji zajęć ukierunkowanych na: *stosowanie metod i form sprzyjających kształtowaniu i rozwijaniu u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych: min. 75% nauczycieli *stosowanie metody eksperymentu w nauczaniu przedmiotów przyrodniczych: min. 75% Nauczycieli *korzystanie i włączanie narzędzi TIK w proces dydaktyczny: min. 75% Nauczycieli -Wyposażenie/ doposażenie 4 SP w narzędzia i sprzęt TIK, szkolnych pracowni do nauczania przedmiotów przyrodniczych w pomoce dydaktyczne – jako elementu wspomagającego kształtowanie i rozwój kompetencji kluczowych i przyrodniczych GD: 220 U uczących się w SP w Trześni, Hucisku, Siedlance i Hucinie zlokalizowanych na terenie Gminy wiejskiej Niwiska oraz 41N/ 35K przedmiotów ogólnych zatrudnionych w ww. szkołach.
