The subject of the project is the extension, reconstruction and superstructure of School Complex No. 1 in Stobierna. It consists of rebuilding an existing school in connection with the need to comply with existing regulations on kitchen requirements, dining rooms, sanitary facilities, low current electrical installations including fibre optic installations, renovation of premises and retrofitting of equipment. It shall cover: • extension of the building by a new part: teacher’s room, director’s room, four classrooms, a school shop and a library; • superstructure of the building (floor); • equipment of classrooms. There is currently a lack of adequate facilities, separation of school and preschool parts. As a result of the separation of the school part and its expansion, students will receive additional classrooms, library, shop and sanitary facilities. The gym will be expanded to include a sports magazine The pedagogical staff will get new social facilities. This will have a positive impact on the development and learning opportunities of pupils, equal educational opportunities between children living in the rural community of Trzebownisko, with children living in urban areas. Another aim of the project is to rebuild the existing kitchen to separate the dirty from the clean part and enlarge this part with the required area and rebuild the dining room to the required area. Currently, school infrastructure is not fully adapted to the needs of children and pupils: poor technical condition of parts of the building, such as kitchens, canteens lack of adaptation to the requirements of sanitary care, fire protection regulations. The school is not adapted to the needs of disabled students. In order to meet the new Regulation on groups of foodstuffs intended to be sold to children and young people in educational units and the requirements to be met by foodstuffs used for mass caterers in these units, the kitchen must be equipped with a variety of equipment to prepare meals in accordance with the abovementioned standards. Przedmiotem projektu jest rozbudowa, przebudowa i nadbudowa Zespołu Szkół nr 1 w Stobiernej. Polega ona na przebudowie istniejącej szkoły w związku z koniecznością spełnienia obowiązujących przepisów w zakresie wymagań dotyczących kuchni, jadalni, sanitariatów, instalacji elektrycznych niskoprądowych w tym światłowodowych, remontu pomieszczeń i doposażenia w sprzęt. Obejmuje swoim zakresem: • rozbudowę budynku o nową część: pokój nauczycielski, pokój dyrektora, cztery sale lekcyjne, sklepik szkolny i bibliotekę; • nadbudowę budynku (piętro); • wyposażenie sal szkolnych. Obecnie brakuje odpowiedniego zaplecza, rozdzielenia części szkolnej i przedszkolnej. W wyniku oddzielenia części szkolnej i jej rozbudowy uczniowie zyskają dodatkowe sale lekcyjne, bibliotekę, sklepik i sanitariaty. Sala gimnastyczna zostanie rozbudowana o magazyn sportowy Kadra pedagogiczna dostanie nowe pomieszczenia socjalne. Wpłynie to pozytywnie na rozwój i możliwość uczenia się uczniów, zostaną wyrównane szanse edukacyjne pomiędzy dziećmi mieszkającymi na terenie wiejskiej Gminy Trzebownisko, z dziećmi zamieszkującymi tereny miejskie. Kolejnym celem projektu jest przebudowa istniejącej kuchni w celu oddzielenia części brudnej od czystej i powiększenie tej części o wymaganą powierzchnię oraz przebudowa jadalni do wymaganej przepisami powierzchni. Obecnie infrastruktura szkoły nie jest w pełni dostosowana do potrzeb dzieci i uczniów: zły stan techniczny części budynku m.in. kuchni, stołówki brak dostosowania ich do wymogów sanepidu, przepisów przeciwpożarowych. Szkoła nie jest dostosowana do potrzeb uczniów niepełnosprawnych. Aby sprostać nowemu rozporządzeniu w sprawie grup środków spożywczych przeznaczonych do sprzedaży dzieciom i młodzieży w jednostkach systemu oświaty oraz wymagań, jakie muszą spełniać środki spożywcze stosowane w ramach żywienia zbiorowego w tych jednostkach kuchnia musi być wyposażona w różnorodny sprzęt pozwalający przygotowywać posiłki zgodnie z w/w normami.
