W woj.opolskim ważnym problemem jest niska aktywność zawodowa oraz wysokie bezrobocie. Dlatego też projekt umożliwia aktywizację zawodową i poprawę sytuacji na rynku pracy 72 uczestników projektu(44 kobiet/28 mężczyzn) poprzez określenie przez nich ścieżki rozwoju zawodowego,nabycie umiejętności poszukiwania pracy,nabycie kwalifikacji zawodowych,zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego oraz nawiązania współpracy z pracodawcami od 1.06.2017 roku do 30.04.2018 roku. Wsparciem zostaną objęte 72 osoby zamieszkałe na terenie powiatów: powiatu prudnickiego, brzeskiego, nyskiego, głubczyckiego, namysłowskiego,wyłącznie powyżej 29 r.ż.pozostające bez pracy (bezrobotne, poszukujące pracy oraz nieaktywne zawodowo), w tym zwłaszcza osoby znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy tj.: a) kobiet b) osób z niepełnosprawnościami, c) osób po 50 roku życia, d) osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, e)osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, f) osób posiadających co najmniej jedno dziecko do 6 roku życia lub co najmniej jedno dziecko niepełnosprawne do 18 roku życia, g) migrantów powrotnych i imigrantów.
