The aim of the project is to increase the employability of persons over 29 years of age who are unemployed, registered with PUPs, qualified for I or an aid profile II within the meaning of Article 33 of the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions, including in particular those in particular vulnerable people on the labour market, i.e.: women, (b) persons with disabilities, (c) persons over 50 years of age, (d) long-term unemployed, e) low-skilled persons, (f) persons with at least one child under the age of 6 or at least one disabled child up to the age of 18, (g) return migrants and immigrants. The participation of persons who are not included in points (a) to (g) shall be allowed, but may not represent more than 10 % of all participants in the project. For each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project aims to achieve the employment efficiency criterion of:-for participants not eligible for any of the following target groups – at least 43 %, – for long-term unemployed – at least 30 %, – for persons with disabilities – at least 33 %, – for persons aged 50 years or more – at least 33 %, for low-skilled persons (up to and including upper secondary education) – at least 38 %, for women – at least 39 %, (English) | |||||||||||||||

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy zarejestrowanych w PUP, zakwalifikowanych do I lub profilu pomocy II w rozumieniu art. 33 ustawy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, w tym zwłaszcza osób znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy tj.: a) kobiet, b) osób z niepełnosprawnościami, c) osób po 50 roku życia , d) osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, e) osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, f) osób posiadających co najmniej jedno dziecko do 6 roku życia lub co najmniej jedno dziecko niepełnosprawne do 18 roku życia, g) migrantów powrotnych i imigrantów. Dopuszcza się udział osób, które nie zostały ujęte w pkt a) - g), przy czym nie mogą one stanowić więcej niż 10% wszystkich uczestników projektu. Dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada osiągnięcie kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie:-dla uczestników niekwalifikujących się do żadnej z poniżej wymienionych grup docelowych - co najmniej 43%, - dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych - co najmniej 30%, - dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami - co najmniej 33%, - dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej - co najmniej 33%, - dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (do poziomu wykształcenia ponadgimnazjalnego włącznie) - co najmniej 38%, - dla kobiet - co najmniej 39%, - dla osób wychowujących co najmniej jedno dziecko do 6 roku życia - co najmniej 29%.
